How do I return an item purchased on Home Source? At Home Source, we value our customers and providing a seamless user experience is our topmost priority. All products at Home Source are rigorously checked by our “Quality and Assurance” department before any product is shipped from the warehouse but even then if the products you receive is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described”
 

Our friendly returns policy will solve your problem as quickly as possible; just follow these few simple steps :

1. You need to do is raise a return request within a period of “10 days”, from the date of delivery.
2. Once the request is raised or the product is returned, we assure you our customer service team will provide you with a resolution at the earliest. When are returns not possible? At Home source, we try our level best to give you the best customer service experience but even though there are certain scenarios where it will be difficult to support returns.
 

The scenarios being as :

1. If the return request is made after the specified time frame (10 days from the date of delivery).
2. Anything missing from the package like the accessories, labels, original packing etc.
3. Product is damaged due to misuse, physical damage or due to human error etc.
4. Personalized or customized items will not be replaced unless the products received is in a Damaged or Defective condition. How will I receive my refund / what is the refund policy at Home source? We provide a refund to the customer, if we are not able to provide a replacement/exchange of the product in case the product delivered is “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described (Customer not liking)”. Once we get a refund request from your end, we process your refund as per the mode of payment you selected while placing your order which is described below: Prepaid Order (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) – In this, you will either get the “Home source Credit Voucher” or the order amount will be remitted back to your card or net-banking account. The process for initiating this takes 1-2 business days however it may take approximately 5-7 business days to get the amount actually reflect in your card / net-banking account. Cash on Delivery Order– if you have placed order using cash on delivery mode and had requested a refund, we have following options available: a) we provide you “Home source Credit Voucher” which you can use to purchase any product from Home source web site/ Mobile application. b) We take your bank account details and we do a bank transfer. In this the money will get credited in your account within 15-20 working days.
